At Iron Minds we offer trauma therapy that involves these cognitive behavioral tools, and recognizing the paralells with Greco-Roman Stoic philosophy, aim to use the literature to pave a path to peace for today's aspiring Stoics. From understanding and managing emotions, to challenging negative thoughts, to cultivating endurance through mindfulness, our mentorship program seeks to blend psychology and philosophy in an attempt to defeat the demons of trauma.
